Happy Holidays from Hillsborough Bottletrees!

Deerview TrailWe hope you all have a very happy holiday season and a shiny New Year! Here is a picture of our family’s bottletree, all dressed up for the season with a red ribbon.

We made our bottletree from an old cedar tree, and it has a lot more room for bottles so we are still working on it.¬†They say that cedar trees are traditional for bottletrees because their branches look like they’re reaching up to heaven. But you could also say that they just are good at holding bottles up. Either way, it works. You can find our tree at the very end of Deerview Trail in northern Orange County.

Thanks for reading our blog this year, and best wishes from our bottletree family to yours!
